Do I need to download anything?

No. Getrestow plays in the browser, from a link. In a real browser (Safari, Chrome) you can also keep it on your home screen, and it then opens like an app.

Is it really free all the way through?

Yes. The family house — five rooms, sixty-four levels — is complete and free, with every helper. Nothing is locked behind a payment.

What can I buy?

Neighbouring houses at €4.99 each, once and for all, VAT included, each with its own festive set; the festive sets of the year at €2.99; magnets, the helper that gathers a trio when you are stuck. No subscription.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no account and no password. Your house is kept in your browser, and a save code brings it back elsewhere.

How do I get my house back on another phone?

In the settings, “My house and my purchases” gives a code such as ABCD-EFGH. Entered on another device, it brings the whole house back — purchases included.

How do I get my purchases back?

With the payment e-mail: Settings › “Recover my purchases”. We only keep an irreversible fingerprint of that e-mail.

I opened the game from Instagram or Facebook. Why does it suggest Safari?

Inside those apps’ built-in browser, the save can be wiped. Opened in Safari or Chrome with the link offered, your house stays.

Are there ads?

No forced ads. A short video may be offered, always at your request, to get a magnet.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, on request, within fourteen days, no questions asked, at hello@getrestow.com. Refunded content is removed from the house; what you had placed stays.

Can I give a house as a gift?

Yes, from the Gift page: you pay, you receive a code, you send it. The recipient enters it in the settings, without an account.

Which languages?

French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic. The language can be changed in the settings.
